I am at a high enough level in this company to avoid a lot of the abuse, but it is awful. Very Unprofessional. I will be out of here as soon as the economy picks up.

Pay rasies are negative in dollars. Most have not recieved a pay raise in 5 years or more and now we are approaching 1 year of a 10% cut in pay except for the lucky executives who have management contracts. This is one of the worst serving jobs I had. The pay is onle 2.13 per hour for servers. The benefits are minimal, expensive and take awhile to get. The owner of all the restaurants is a prick.. Every once in awhile we were graced with his presence....People get their things stolen all the time ...

this company never listens to your complaints,they claim to be fair but are not...they mistreat there employee's and never hear them out first....i wouldnt recommend a dead cat to work here...
